I am not sure how you think that RentPay is going to be a failure or as you say fall flat on its face! Don't forget that RNT brought the RentPay business from Microsoft a couple of years ago. It has been and continues to provide recurring revenue of between 30 and 40K per month since they purchased it. The fact that they are restructuring the RentPay platform to improve and grow the business is because they see potential in increasing the availability of Rentpay services to the growing rental market. If they succeed in increasing their marketshare to their desired goals this will be a very valuable company. If they don't reach those lofty heights, Rentpay will still continue to provide an important part of RNT's revenue structure.
