I'm reasonably impressed that they managed to have a positive EBIDTA for the core business during December. I think much of that may be due to people putting off moving until restrictions eased in many states. Still a decent result for a very tough year.
Not too sure what the SP will do. I'm thinking not a lot will change with regards to that. The Market will no doubt be more interested in RentPay and if they've managed to sign up agencies to their platform.
