I think current MC (approx $136M post raise) is fair value currently given progress made over the last 4-5 months re the LEAP business model alone. Solid base should be formed at cap raise price equivalent to in excess of $100M MC so $100M MC should become psychological support level if there were a sell down, but unlikely IMO & would anticipate the opposite in terms of price action post raise.
