I just had a feel of the Rent.com.au website and found it to be very institutive and more informative than realestate.com.au and domain.
Very fast responsive page( domain is very slow in displaying/loading the pages).
Just my educated guess. RNT has great potential in the real estate industry as two other leading web-based sites are doing extremely well.
Yet, SP is beaten down so low. Maybe management needs to be changed or a takeover offer could better option for the shake of the company.
