I'm having trouble working out how the Spitfire MRE would be deemed to be immaterial, there seemed to be some good grades they picked up.

I've reread the ASX listing rules, specifically those in relation to continuous disclosure. There is an exception to complying with 3.1 Immediate Notice of Material Information where the information concerns an incomplete proposal or negotiation.

Perhaps this is why there is no news at all from them, everything is bundled up under 'incomplete negotiations' provision? I don't think that explains why the Spitfire MRE hasn't been released however- I'm very much in the dark on that.
