Following the KISS principle I searched for Cu mine development finance to see what was happening in that space.

We live a wonderfull world where you no longer need to go to the library to get stale news. Just type a question and voila what happened yesterday pops up complete with a summary of all the critical commercial terms.

Given that cash is king I do think that a $10m funding deal on those sort of terms could set us up for the best end result with the minimum amount of dilution.

Management are of course much closer to the real world conditions and will I'm sure deliver the best results for us.

Hard to see how the final outcome won't make us a lot richer.
