    My reasons are that we can discuss as much as we want about technology or other similar companies. But until there is a positive deal this company is only eating cash.

    When I bought it was when cnx was beginning to produce electricity with a possible upgrade. As the permission didn't appear the company was in trouble. (I should have sold at that time).

    The new "strategic" plan -developing traditional coal- needs qualifications that the board doesn't seem to have.

    Frankly I can't see any upside until a deal is made (JV for the coal, UCG deal somewhere, Chinese buying half the company to use the IP in China, ...) until then the sp will slowly drop.

    If I was on the board I would talk to the Chinese they had so many ecological issues that any clean tech has a lot of potential there. And they have the political will to do it. Contrary to here where dirty quick dollars are better than clean ones later.

    My 2ct opinion of course.
