DERM will not grant approval to increase gas production to the level required to run all 3 engines to produce the 5mW they so desperately need to export to the grid.

For someone who 'appears' to know so much about the company you should know that already.

I wonder why you have to constantly post negative comments about a company you have no present or future interest in. You constantly allude to problems with the technology but can never substantiate any claims. There are approximately 80 companies around the world pursuing UCG BECAUSE it is a technology that is worth pursuing.

CNX have their problems; some are their own making, some are due to regulatory authorities who bow down to the ultra powerful coal industry and some are due to the fact that what CNX are trying to achieve is just damn difficult. But they do have a technology that is way ahead of many other companies operating in this field.

Why don't you and IXCP add a bit of balance or substance to your posts and maybe then you will earn a little more credibility.
