used 78 million US Dollars of a debt facility . Who in their right mind believes that this company is designed to pay back this amount . It ia more likely that it will use more of the available debt when the future may avail the company the revenue to approach a profit and thus borrow more so as not to pay tax. And it so obvious . Shame on the Auditors for not reporting this as a scam, in my opinion . It was Phil Byrne who was responsible for looking after shareholders but instead he allowed this to happen as managing director . Why does the company operate out of Australia .Tax dodgers in my opinion. But who cares . No one of any substance comes to this site as the remaining shareholders are disgusted with what has legally happened . This is so wrong , but no one feels they can do anything about it .
