Why don't they get a fifty thousand ltr water tank and a few hoses like the drawing of the lilac process fly one of the chemistry dorks from lilac over to Kachi and start the pilot plant surely u can get a water tank,some hoses and a couple of pumps for under fifty grand.Hopefully they can get a half a ton or to from thirty odd thousand lots of brine and prove the process works to get a JV Partner to fund it.
