I am very tempted to complain to ASIC.
On two occasions - 14/2/25 & 26/3/25 BMG made reference to anticipated assay results from Abercrombie within a 2 week timeframe. Clearly something has gone wrong and in my opinion have failed to meet "continuous disclosure" by informing shareholders what is going on.
DIrectors have a large shareholding in this stock and know what is happening. I think its quite likely that large shareholders know what is happening. Why dont they announce what is happening to the market so we all know what is happening?
ASIC probably wont do anything but they should! If enough of us made contact with ASIC they might feel they have to be seen as doing something and filing a "please explain".
