Ok that’s good they won’t have to refund that $250k deposit for the Yalgoo sale in any instance.
And good there’s better clarity in extending the sale agreement until all conditions are met.
(Which means until the FIRB stops sitting on their hands).
Sounds like both parties still keeping the faith.
