Yes I am confused also. The gloating of a overwhelming victory seems like they have missed the point that there are quite a few annoyed holders out there.
The rest of the report highlights their study in "nearology". Whilst it is awesome that others around them are getting some goods results, as yet AZZ has not proven that they can do the same. In fact, as you highlight, they have stopped reporting on their efforts which you can only assume means that the "nearology" failed on those.
Shareholder value has somehow decreased even though we have had numerous offers on the table that are deemed to undervalue us. As I see it right now, we do a pretty good job of ensuring we undervalue ourselves so why should any offer not do the same?
