like how were we to know or suspect that certain sophs would absolutely gut the SP for us by selling out.
In hindsight sure - we should have suspected as such. but we also wanted the opportunity to get a piece of the pie AND directly fund / support the company.
The issue is that the sophs get first dibs
we should have been wiser to the fact that greed always wins
