I beg to differ. No US company has made a major investment as a result of the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Control Regulations. The US companies certainly did not risk throwing millions into Zimbabwe with the compliance issues around sanctions.

Now that the regulations have all been removed compliance departments within these companies will never bring the sanctions as a key risk.

There is a bank that was fined several millions of dollars for transacting with Zim in $USD as they can intercept it, let alone talk off bank correspondence. It just didn't happen.

We are now really game on as far as US firms are concerned. I'm excited at the prospects and companies to be announced soon. Go Invictus.
