    I'd say it was more left over liability rather than anything major upfront costs. They haven't even selected the service provider for the flow test.

    Its actually not normal company behaviour to raise a few days before xmas and most would wait till the new year to do so. So its telling me more they had a hole that needed to be filled fast.
