    Its being sold now as something that will solve all the companies' funding woes.

    So has the market been deceived previously by coughing up cash in this stock before with nearly 100mil before this PPSA was ever signed ?

    THe company hasn't really given details to why the current agreements doesn't provide (in the company's words)
    "a stable and transparent legal and fiscal framework across the life of the Cabora Bassa Project"
