i noted a while back that this is primed for a deal.
i see lots of signs.
i also don’t see it being a hostile manoeuvre….. it will come with BOD blessings (which will obviously include many rewards and incentives for them).
SM has a done a good job technically and with resource ….. but the big boys will take it from here.
SM does not have the corporate experience (and probably not the desire) to take this to where it can go.
just my view ……
does IVZ have something that someone else would want?
