Totally understand that it is a complex process, but it's been several years now and it was given the sign off by 2 overseas legal firms over a year ago. They also knew that we were drilling late last year and the chances of a discovery were high so why not have it done in anticipation of successful drill? I have been following all the recent changes in the SWF and it all sounds good but they were only recently appointed to spearhead the PPSA process. What about the last couple of years of PPSA negotiations? Has it all just been a complete waste of time?
