hey KS … they are several of the signs, here are couple more.

1…. he has been in the role a long time…. Building technical knowledge etc, doing what he loves but that’s 12 years without production experience.
2…. he has no other choice but to say he is in for the long haul, and the suddenly he isn’t
3…. he ain’t getting his dollars out of this until he is no longer MD
4…. IVZ has potential, but struggling to make next step and will continue if nothing changes.
5…. BoD and management hold a nice swag of shares which it’s important for a TO
6…. they have just reorganised share registers with some low SP high volume CRs
7…. They will need good group of top 20 to say yes, we don’t even know who they are and what shuffling is happening, other than chilli boy has supposedly loaded up
8…. Supposedly a number of confid agreements signed for partners/ finance …. U don’t reckon they wouldn’t have said what about the whole thing?
9…. a bigger company will have much more clout with Zim Gov
10… a bigger company will have the $$$ to stop this continual returning to the marke5 for cash

thats a quick few off top of head.
