this is where alot of retail investors are wrong, they get paid........you expect they will do the job at 90%, 80% or 70% right.
wrong......the get paid is why the job was done poorly.....goes they know they will get paid, it does not matter how well its done.

however, all the fund managers like GS , citi etc have professional geologist n engineer who are paid based on their performance..... so if the estimate better and closer to real world output, they will earnt alot more than the guy that got paid from cxo ie.$1m.

so cxo have dud staff and its not just the ceo.

so, now we know the true story with cxo, what is it worth now.

lets compare......alot of explorer on average now have a MC of $500m to $1b and they not producing yet.

cxo currently has a MC $1.3b, is producing but having issues....ie. 80,000ton more capital expenditure ie. 160m to progress bp33 mine.

so if cxo MC drops to $500m..... alot of investors will agree it oversold.
What if MC drop to $800m is it over sold?
what of MC drop to $1b. Is it oversold?

is it a fair value at $1.3b?

i think the number is between $1b to $1.3b and hopefully as bp33 progress well, MC will stabilise at 1.3b and improve over time.
