Clear failure of strategy, comms, and to some extent planning. All things the CEO has ultimate accountability for. But at least there's a new office in Perth. FFS. The mine is near Darwin and this bloke sets up HO in Perth then flies back and forth like a clown instead of driving a few kms. Jakarta is closer to the mine. It's beyond ridiculous.
