Been doing some more digging here. There’s also a Singapore fund (Silversea AM) there which has been involved for a long time and quite few high net worth and sophisticated Australian and Israeli investors.

Looking at the register I also see the Evan Newman there... interesting. Evan is one of the Newman brothers who left Oz few years ago and moved to Israel. They were very successful in setting up a wholesale business and floated it pocketing a huge pile of $$. I’m sure he knows to spot a good opp when seeing it. Also interesting name on the register is Garen Azoyan who’s chairman of Career One and Nathaniel Harpaz an Australian/Israeli online business guy who’s behind the Catch Group before they were sold to Westfarmers...
