Hard to know the take on it. Seems it is being trialled as a tool for possible litigation, and/or prevention of litigation.(guess that's one purpose of MediaConsent)
Whether just Digital Privacy Alliance is involved, or all the names listed are, is anyone's guess. As they have stated, it is a project.
