1st pargraph -Data Exchange Network Limited (ASXXN) (The
Company) is pleased to announce that it has received
its final Planning Permit from the City of Melbourne.
With this permit issued, The Company can now
proceed to install plant and equipment, complete
the fit-out and commission the data centre.

Last paragraph -DXN’s modular construction and Tier-III Ready status
allows it to rapidly deploy and assemble its plant and
equipment to form a complete Tier-III data centre once
the Planning Permit has been received. Site works will
begin immediately and when complete, all the plant
and equipment will be on site, ready for assembly and
final testing by the Uptime Institute, early in 2019.
