APT cost of funds are low these days due to the amount becoming large enough for warehousing facility. Also, APT turns it’s book over 11 times a year due to it’s shorter periods.

APT is cashflow positive for ANZ regions and US shouldn’t be far away, then UK cash flow positive. Profit will be some time away as they are reinvesting the money into growth
