Merchant Sales volumes up 165% in April( damn good!!!), the company is gearing up to rapidly expand with Stripe, Visa, Magento, and Shopify in the short term and good to see they are working together as all salaries took a 20% reduction to make sure operating expenses are lean.

The Company had net operating cash outflow of US$1.81M for the quarter, a US$2.95M decrease on the previous quarter (Q4 FY19: US$4.76M).

IT R&D dropped by $110,000 in just this QTR(Research and development costs of US$0.18M (Q4 FY19: US$0.29M)) as I expected as they have achieved complex containerization within their IT software development & deployment model making it easier to make software changes. This is a good sign in that they are ready for further integration with the above big players.
