hahaha. I doubt it. they have qualified accountants who I'm sure were probably cutting up forecasts for a while leading up to today, and giving reports to management on the likely need for cash before the year is out.

this is no surprise. all you need to do is your own analysis based on the facts. where we might differ is in predicting managements next move and what the business model looks like in the future. that's not as easy to forecast. hence my caveats and mention of this in previous posts.

a shift in business model to supplement existing business, continued push on current business, potential sale of IP to big credit vendor or online e-commerce channel. many options I'm sure.

too much uncertainty, too small and too little too late for my liking at this price. hence my sentiment.
