Originally they wanted to raise between $10 - $12M, and there was excess demand which turned out to be around $40M but they went with $16M.
SPT currently have about 73 employees, the use of funds raised has been explained in the announcement.
Just need patience with this company, may take another year or 2 and it will pay off.
