The prospectus in August states:

1.5. Barari DV Ghana Ltd is a duly incorporated limited liability company which validly
exists under the laws of the Republic of Ghana with company registration number
CS134902018. It has the capacity to sue and be sued in its own name.

1.6. BDL has two (2) shareholders, namely;
a. IronRidge Resources Singapore Pte. Ltd - 90%; and
b. Ben Nunoo Mensah - 10%.

The directors and secretary of BDL are;
