    Mmmmmm....must be super confident to spend all this money on infrastructure now without full funding.... or super stupid.

    If time proves them to be super stupid then Im sure Noble will be the new owners of RES.

    Id love to know why it has taken 3 years ( at least) for finance...

    For 550k pa it'd be the least i'd expect.
