NZC was my copper play but it got taken over, and too cheaply IMO... but that's sovereign risk for you.

Depends what you are looking for. Something like ARE could provide huge gains if their exploration is successful... Wouldnt have a clue if it will be. But they are obviously going to be a long way from producing anything so the copper price is less relevant (although positive sentiment always helps).

The main copper play on my watchlist (I dont hold) is MLX. I am still looking into it after it was suggested to me.

I also hold OZL on and off in my main (non-spec) portfolio. Thats obviously a much bigger company though.
