    If coal pricing remains stable, theCompany expects to be in a position to recommence payment of dividends to shareholders earlier thanpreviously anticipated.

    After no dividend announcement for successive quarters, not sure how early 'restart of dividends' was anticipated - how many more quarters of nil dividends yet to go?? If coal pricing...? How about if they can meet production guidance first and still no idea what impact will the court case have if TER loses?? Better make sure they can fulfil pre-payment conditions.
