Overdoing the dividend was dumb. Obviously thought they would make enough in time to pay tax but production issues hamstrung them. Not an issue in my book. They will pay back the tax before the next qtr and are a very profitable company.
it's better than having debt!
as for the court case, again not a big worry. Directors more in the firing line than shareholders. Rarely do these things have big financial impacts. Unless you are a casino involved in money laundering!
