If they can reduce costs to $8m my calcs show they only need throughput of 169,000 t to produce 10,000 oz of GE. If they can match throughput for March quarter which was only 190,000 t they should see profit of more than US$16m – I am assuming $1,100 for gold price which could be a little high though. US$14m is certainly a very real possibility with the conversion to AUD$19m even better.

If the loan is down to $10m or less by June 30 I see it as peanuts – a non issue. Personally, I am just so happy that the future does not look to be one of despair. This investment is obviously going to take some time to come good, it will require some patience. If you want to become rich overnight this is unfortunately not the company
