I have been surprised/impressed by how they have managed to keep costs/timeline in check with inflation around the world and supply chain issues to date.
This isn't a blow out by any stretch of the imagination but in my view the hard part is about to start in the 2nd half of this year. Getting it all finished in time/on budget and production ramped up.
What oftens happens in these situations is as time slips higher costs are incurred to expedite things so even if you make the time its over budget and sometimes its both late and overbudget.
Not knocking these guys at all - its been well done to date (esp considering the macro background of the last couple yrs) but a risk to watch none the less.
