Unfortunately the more expensive tools are also the tools that are currently hard to get your hands on. IVZ may get lucky and get their hands on a GR and Res tools but getting density/neutron and sonic tools will be a different kettle of fish. Even when I was last working LWD sonic tools were becoming difficult to obtain here in Australia.
