They won't have months like it has taken for this raise to organise.
If they dont' get 15million USD this Friday they are not going to suddenly raise another 5 million from these investors.
I'm more on the inclination anyways by the way SM has been presenting things they will farm out without going it alone on the flow test as it would be a pure punt where the party/company would be over on a failed flow test so dont' think he would risk it like this ?
