If you have this experience, care to shed some light on this 'additional cost'?
I believe it's not snowing / blizzard, just freezing!
So, things just take a little longer? Anti-freeze cost?
One thing IS for certain, Ivanhoe Mines MASSIVE project isn't slowing down at all despite the winter season!
Another aspect is that whilst others appear to be delaying drilling, wer'e getting in before the summer demand :)
Glad we have great leadership.
