we will not know until the end of the quarter, however issues you need to take into account include:
premium call out rates
working in freezing temperature hourly rates
additional heating and lighting equipment
additional fuel requirements
then you have the issue of increased mechanical failures and wastage.. i would say that at as former driller working in freezing temperatures you were being taken advantage of.
