Well obviously we can’t expect Buffalo to progress far until after that, and esp. can’t expect a JV partner to be announced. Should expect all the footwork to be going on now and something to be firmed up soon after, provided there are no nasty suprises in the agreement.
I can’t expect ET to want to scare off a potentially near immediate field development.
I however have no idea what kind of fiscal terms ET imposes?
