Refiners and shippers are looking for sweet heavy....specifically looking for sweet given low sulphur and heavy more so it being viscous. This is because the viscosity is good for the marine engines, and sweet is helpful for refiners to get to the 0.5% IMO2020 low sulphur regulations.
So if you've got a crude oil which is sweet and viscous they're able to charge a higher premium to the shipping companies which is currently $200-$300 per tonne more expensive depending on 3.5% Sulphur and 0.5% Sulphur.
