    Yes, Many Asian jurisdictions are a minefield for Western retail investors. It is safer to avoid companies with assets in those, but I admit to getting caught by this one. At least X64 still has a legal holding in the operator of the Philippine mine but there is the rub - how to get the benefit of that in a corrupt society?
