Sounds like an adventure... Well their debt is unsustainable at 280% GDP but they can continue to spend and hope economic growth will drop the debt to gdp level just look at all the western countries still kicking the debt can down the road I'm betting on an arms race in south east Asia if not globally that generally implies a lot of steel being consumed...
