Fundamentally ... a U bidder is someone who wants to buy/sell a very large parcel of shares. Without knowing who they are specifically you will go nuts trying to guess what their direct intentions are..... cause when it boils down to it .... everyone is
* trying to buy shares for as little as possible
* sell those same shares for more than you bought them
(or reverse those for going short)
