It is hard to know how much weight to place on government support.
They have not actually submitted their applications yet. They can ring and text and visit ministers as much as they like. They still need to meet all the conditions and etc in their applications.
Mt Oxide has been polluting the local creek for donkey's ages and it would be reasonable to expect that 29M should demonstrate that they would get it right. They stressed their earnestness in contacting pollies and public servants. They need to get all the procedures and processes right and documented- that is the important thing.
