They have told us before that there were 500 megalitres in ES. Today they have said that they have removed 160 of these megalitres.
My understanding is that those water evaporator thingies evaporate half of the water extracted and the other polluted half needs to be treated before it can be discharged. So, I guess, that another 340 megalitres or so needs to be put through the evaporation thingies- evaporating 170 and then needing to treat and store the other 170 megalitres- hopefully until appropriate discharge.
That would be 170 megalitres to take care of in tailings etc on top of production tailings etc.
Just starting to understand the problem.
