Not really any of my business, I know, but having been following WLF's progress for a few years I was eagerly awaiting this quarterly to see if tungsten could be produced for a profit at current prices - I guess I got my answer. Even allowing for the old 'ramping-up' excuse this is not a promising start. Mind you, had the tungsten price not been far higher two years ago I don't think they'd have ever got the finance to build the plant. No lender would risk that amount today on almost any metal, let alone tungsten. I hope the year pans out better for you holders later on. Good luck.
