Does anyone know what the actual fee structure is on LSX?
As far as I can recall from many years ago when they were listed on the NSX, Lion Manager used to take a 1.5% p.a. base fee on NTA plus a performance fee over something like an 8% p.a. hurdle on NTA growth. Does anyone know whether that is still the structure? Not easy to find anywhere.
Also, do they publish anywhere where they're up to with the performance fee high watermark? Are they way under it and having to play catch up, or are they currently getting paid the performance fee?
