A little sketchy but I read that they are negotiating a 400K pound loan for 12 months. And increasing the placement facility by 10% IE 25% in total. At $0.001 this is $450000. To get someone to give a 400K pound loan unsecured, there must be some really good bait. I suspect that they will secure the loan, announce a really great opportunity that will increase the SP, then raise at $0.003 or $0.004. A far better outcome than giving equity for the 400K loan.
